Christopher Harrison
Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Harrison currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Future RE Capital Partners, LLC and the Chief Executive Officer at Future RE Capital Management and oversees responsibilities for both companies. Mr. Harrison has over 15 years of experience in the private real estate and asset management industries. Prior to joining the Investment Manager, Mr. Harrison served as the co-head of Private Real Estate at Bay Ridge Partners, from 2009 to 2011. In late 2011, Mr. Harrison joined Homewood Financial Services, an institutional fixed-income asset manager, as an associate of investment solutions from 2011 to 2014.
Mr. Harrison has served in a number of leadership positions throughout his career in both real estate and asset management. Mr. Harrison also served as the owner of Chris Cross, LLC, in which Mr. Harrison managed certain rental properties and residential renovations from June 2011 to July 2014. Mr. Harrison also has extensive investment knowledge in real estate markets and investments. Christopher Harrison is a seasoned real estate professional with a demonstrated track record of creating cash appreciating assets, leading and inspiring teams to refine operational productivity, and effectively increasing profitability.
Jody Foster
Chief Operations Officer
Jody Foster is the Chief Operations Officer for Future RE Capital Management. Jody spent five years in executive positions at JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management in Chicago and London. Prior to JPM, she was an equity analyst at two boutique investment firms. Jody started her career on Capitol Hill. She also serves as an Independent Trustee and Audit Chair for two mutual fund families. Jody has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPP from Georgetown University and a BA in from Pace University.
Mark Appanah, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Appanah is the Chief Financial Officer of Future RE Capital Management. Mark has a degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). After graduating, Mark began a career in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young (EY). Since then, Mark has been working in the Internal Audit department of several publicly traded companies.
Lloyd Bryan
Business Development
Lloyd Bryan is the Head of Business Development for Future RE Capital Management and specializes in investor relations, marketing, residential real estate acquisitions, investors/client service, and business development.
