Minimum Credit Score

  • 650 min score with zero experience 660+ FICO with at least 1 Experience
  • Up to 90% of total deal cost (purchase + rehab), capped at 60% – 70% ARV

Escrow/Deal Cost

  • No interest escrow requirement
  • Up to 90% of total deal cost, or 60% – 70% of ARV

  • Residential, Multifamily, Mixed-use, Commercial, Retail, Luxury and more
  • SFR | 2-4 unit | Multi-Family 5-9 | Large Construction Developments
  • Up to 65% of as-is value

Loan Types

  • $75k minimum loan | $5M maximum loan
  • Blanket Loans available | Higher loan amounts available for large and luxury projects

Minimum Amount

  • A minimum purchase price of $50,000.
  • 12–18-month term with NO prepayment penalty option and NO exit points option.
  • Up to 24 months for Ground Up Construction projects
